Hola! I’m so glad you stopped by to check out my CARNIVAL blog

I am a fashion industry professional by day, in the beautiful (and sometimes hectic and crazy) New York City. I love to create in many, many ways, and have done portrait drawing, fashion illustration, pillow-making, and paper goods, throughout the years.

I am also a former jewelry Visual Merchandiser for a well-known retailer. There I designed displays for everything from silver to gold, diamonds to pearls, while incorporating home goods (ex. vases, champagne flutes, cake platters, etc.)

It is my love of all things beautiful, inspiring, and downright delicious that has motivated me to open up Carnival on the wonderful place called Etsy. With great pleasure, I create original recipes, test them, and bring to you wonderful treats that are sure to lift your spirits.

Not only will I use this blog to post each new item that is available in my shop, I will also share how-to’s from all over the web so that you’ll be able to learn how to plan superb events. It’s going to be a treasure hunt for sure, when I search Etsy shops to feature one handmade item each week that incorporates candy or food of some kind into their creations. I’ll also feature shops that are buried in the nooks and cranies of Etsy, hosting fabulous contests for all you candy cravers out there, and seeking your opinions with CARNIVAL’s opinion polls.  But that’s not all, I’ll be giving you a view of crazy New York City, where I work by day and sometimes play at night. Get to know me and my surroundings – there are many things to share and see!
